Objectives of the Course.
This course is of 1 credit, with our ever-popular Moritz Naef. Meets 12 hours.
This is a brand new, special-course by Professor Naef especially for Pericles.
The course will cover banking and anti-money-laundering (including in particular the hurdles for Russian clients to open bank accounts), company law (types of companies, establishment, management and liquidation), tax law (corporate, personal, special tax regimes), basics of contract law, the court system and arbitration, and relocation to Switzerland (in particular: obtaining of a residence and work permit).
This course requires 100% attendance to get credit for the course. There is no exam.
This course does not conflict with any other courses.
